Wow, that glow in the dark pool table kit looks amazing! What a great party in dark you can have with it.
Just one thing I want to ask you, the kit should come with everything needed, so what does mean requires ballast-operated fluorescent black light? Sorry for my ignorance.

I will have to make some adjustments to this posting. Thank you for pointing that out. And, yes, this kit does NOT have everything included. The ballast-operated fouorescent black light is separate and you do need that to have a good experience with this product. I apologize for this.
