I haven’t seen one of these gearshifters since i was a lad. A very long time ago now. An old bloke down the street used to make them for the local hot rodders. From memory they cost a fortune to get a hold of and were in big demand. Good to see that not all progress is in the backwards direction. Good to see they are available to everyone now.

Hi Remy! Thanks for taking the time to stop by and replying to this post. Yes, billiards shift knobs are still being made and still in production. Maybe it’s not as rampant as it once was, but it’s good to know that they’re out there and available and not in the “backwards direction.” I appreciate the comment, and feel free to stop by anytime. Cheers!

This is the best! I bought the shift knob for my coupe and it has been a hit. Everyone who gets in my ride can’t stop talking about it. If you are a pool fan than this is a must! I was wondering if you know if it comes in any other colours?

Hello! Thanks for commenting on this post. Yes, I agree that this shift knob would definitely be considered a “must have” for pool players to have especially if they drive manual MT. As to answer your question on other colors the answer is no, unfortunately. The only available colours only correspond to each appropriate ball number (ex: #5 ball = solid orange; #4 ball = solid purple; #11 ball = stripe red; #14 ball = stripe green; etc). I hope this answers your question. I thank you for stopping by, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
