Table Tennis Tutorial

Table Tennis Tutorial

For this post, I am going to be doing something a little different without much banter. I am going to go over a tutorial about table tennis (aka ping-pong) that’ll be in .pdf format where you can download for free by clicking here. It’s pretty much an e-book that’s 37 pgs. and consists of 11 units (chapters) where it has images of how to hit, serve, how to maneuver your body, rules, and how to hold the paddle. These are just a few of what is in this e-book.

Not only will this e-book teach you how to play, but it also goes over the brief history of the game, and how to be prepared to play both physically and mentally.

So, without further ado, have a look and if you have any questions, comments, or feedback, please add them in the comments section and I’ll respond back in kind. Also, if you like what you see in this post, please share on social media. Thanks.

By the way, I have added a video below that you can view to go along with the e-book. It covers some of what is covered in the e-book. Please have a look, and enjoy!

  1. Hello! I have always enjoyed ping pong but have a serious problem of hitting the ball too hard. I know that many other people have this problem as well. Is there any way to concentrate maybe a little less and not hit the ball so hard? I really do not know if it is a fear of being hit by the ball or if I just get aggressive. I do get really tense. I didn’t read the e-book (I don’t like reading), but I thought I would leave this comment anyway. I like that you added a video, so if you don’t like to read, you can watch instead. Thank you!

    1. Hi Celicity and thanks for the comment. I just thought I’d say that I also once had problems with hitting the ball hard. But, I feel that coordination plays a big role here. Once you have this under control, then you can almost certainly concentrate a little less where you won’t need to hit the ball so hard as it would surely become second nature. I believe that this e-book can show you how to reduce your fear and control your emotions when playing the game as well. Anyhow, thanks for stopping by, and if you need any further assistance with playing ping-pong send me a reply. I’ll help you as best as I can. Thanks!

  2. I haven’t been playing ping pong for almost two years now. I miss it badly. There are no other players near my house. I have to go to my church to find another player. This is so frustrating.
I love the game of ping pong. It is so much fun. Your Soo Yeon Lee video is really the basic for table tennis.
I might have to build my ping pong community at my workplace.

    1. Hi Arief

Thanks for commenting, and if you do build a ping pong community at your workplace, let me be a part of it and we can maybe get some players who are interested in playing.
