I do believe that this would make a great addition to add to your backyard for a party, get together, etc. As to answer your questions, this table does not come with chips or an IOU. Those would have to be bought separate from this table. I have done a review on a poker game set that you can check out. I have seen this only on Amazon.
To give more details about this table, there was one customer who summed it up rather well,
“The table is a little small, but it’s the exact measurements the description claims it to me. Fits 6 comfortably, 8 is a bit of a squeeze but the guys we play with don’t mind it too much. The cup holders are a bit small and I don’t believe the felt is water resistant, so keep drinks off the table, but the felt feels great, leather arm around the table was in perfect condition. No dents or scratches on the table. Product got to me 3 days before it said it was going to arrive. For the price you won’t be able to beat this table. It’s a lot better than the plain old square card table we were using before. Don’t be afraid to pick one of these up. I think you’ll be very pleased.”

This really looks like a great table. I like how it folds up, so is easy to store or put away and is nice and compact.
It looks nice and sturdy and I like that it has cup holders. Is it easy enough for 1 person to put up or fold away? Is it heavy?

To answer your questions, it is somewhat heavy as it would take a couple of people to make it stand upright. It doesn’t take two people to store away. I hope that this helps.
