In a world of competition, physicality, mental toughness and televised events, I have a question to ask. Is the game of snooker a sport? In an earlier post, I asked if the game of billiards a sport? Well, I thought that I’d ask if the game of snooker a sport as well.

In a Twitter poll that you can see below, there were 10 votes that split the answer to 50/50 where 5 people voted that the game of snooker to be a sport. On the other hand, there were 5 who say that the game of snooker is not a sport.
