In searching for other ways to play pool, there’s a game called Speed Pool or Speedball that I found on Wikipedia. To say the least, it’s quite forward and simple to play. The object is to knock all the pool balls in any of the pockets on the table after hitting the racked balls in the shortest amount of time possible. You can also use a stopwatch to aid you in how fast it will take to knock all your balls in the pocket. Also, another interesting thing to point out is that all the balls can be in motion while when striking a cue ball to hit a ball in a pocket that’s either moving or not. There doesn’t seem to be much of strategy or rules to follow other than to not cheat (i.e. using your hand to move a ball in a pocket).
