Have any of you ever heard of the game “wiffle ball”? Well I have just heard of the game not too long ago. Although I 
have seen the game set, I just never knew what the game was called. All I knew was that it looked like the game of baseball where it involves a bat, but the ball looks completely different from a typical baseball ball. It is much lighter too.
Anyhow, after trying to do a search of another product to promote here on my site, thebilliardsguy.com, I came across a wiffle ball game set that you can play outdoors with friends and family. This product was reviewed by 10 people who rated it at 4.8 out of 5 stars which I feel is a worthy review to be promoted on this site. I have not used this product before, but I feel that 9/10 customers who rated this product can’t be wrong.
One of the reviews that was stated was, “Strong and durable!”
Another reviewer stated, “Everything in the picture is exactly what I got and my friends and I enjoy playing with it.”
The only drawback was when one reviewer stated, “Way over priced. The bat is flimsy and cheap.” As I’ve mentioned earlier, the product is priced at $16.95. This same reviewer claimed that he bought this product from a “super center” for $5. I have tried to do a search on this, but couldn’t find any place that would have a wiffle ball set at that price. I have seen a bat that retailed for over $2. However, I didn’t see any wiffle ball set that is even close to $5. If you find a wiffle ball set that caters to people of all ages and has a price tag of $5 (or close to it), please let me know so I can check it out and offer my feedback on it.
About Wiffle
The Wiffle Ball Inc. is a company that started by these two guys: David J. and Stephen A. Mullany in the summer of 
1953, when their grandfather was watching our father (who was 12 years old at the time) and a friend play a game in their backyard based in Fairfield Connecticut, where he was using a perforated plastic golf ball and a broomstick handle. They had given up on baseball and softball due to enough players for two teams, too many broken windows, and not enough space for a field.
The ball they designed was easy to make it curve and harder to hit, with lots of strikeouts. In their father’s neighborhood, a strike-out was called a “wiff”, which led to their brand name and a federally registered trademark “WIFFLE”. The rules are based on the rules that their father used in his backyard games. When their grandfather saw how much fun their and his friends enjoyed the game, he thought others would too. Not long after that summer day in 1953, the first WIFFLE perforated plastic balls were produced and sold. The game caught on pretty fast and now the balls are available across the U.S. and in many countries around the world.

This is very cool and well written. I haven’t played whiffle ball in a long time. It’s how me and my wife first met. So me and her use to play occasionally. But we got old and that came to an end. I like this post though. I like how you have everything layed out. Are you any good at whiffle ball?
