Hello everyone! Do you need a stool to have for your game room? Or, perhaps you’re waiting for your turn to shoot in pool, and you would much rather sit instead of stand while planning your next move against your opponent?
Well, whatever the case may be if it has something to do with playing pool, or you just want to just have something to sit on for any kind of reason, I am going to be going over a bar stool that you can use as a convenience to you.
I will be doing a review on a wooden kind of bar stool. Introducing the 24-Inch Windsor Swivel Seat Bar Stool, Natural by Winsome Wood. The price is at $56.42 and has mostly favorable reviews from Amazon customers.
What I like about this product is that you also have options. Rather than the straight-up one color stool that you see on the image to the right, you can choose one that has a white coating on the back rest and legs where only the seat is white as you can see in the image below.
To add more of an option, you can choose to get this at another size that measures at 24-inches as well if you don’t want this 30-inch version (both color options apply to this size as well). The price of that is slightly higher at $58.88. Now, I’ll be going over what you can expect from this product, and the specifications.

From the 541 customers who purchased this item through Amazon, this product received a rating of 4.2 stars out of 5. Of those 541 customers as of this posting, 444 customers were in favor and gave good reviews, while 97 gave it negative reviews. Because of this rating, I have decided to promote this product on this site.
To state a good review from a reviewer, one of them stated, “…they are terrific, very solid and supportive.”
Another positive reviewer who purchased this item said, “For a rather low cost bar stool, I think this a great value.”
As for the critical reviews, one of them said, “Rather difficult to put together due to needing to drop a screw into the chair when it is half assembled.”
Another one of these reviewers also had this to say, “Seat is too small and seat back is short and not tilted back enough.”
The policy for purchases through Amazon.com and most sellers on Amazon.com offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. I would like to say that I have 3 of these kinds of bar stools that I use at my home setting and I can assure you that they are very sturdy as some of the reviews are spot on. This is another reason that I have decided to promote this product on this site. I use these bar stools not to play billiards on, rather I use them to enjoy eating a meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

Got to love how your site doesn’t only include reviews of billboards, but all the accessories to go with it! We actually have these same exact wood swivel bar stools in our kitchen and they’ve lasted us for years.
I’m not sure if it’s the same exact manufacturer, but the design, swivel, and everything is exactly the same. They are definitely very nice looking stools, but the best aspect of all is the fact they swivel. I think these would go just great with any billboard/pool room!
Thanks for commenting, Peter! I always try to cover reviews for everything relating to billiards and all forms of gaming. I feel that these swivel stools are a necessity especially when waiting for your turn to shoot in pool where your opponent can be on a “hot streak” where he’s potting one ball after another.
I am quite pleased that you had these kind of stools at one time. By the way, I am curious to know. What happened to those stools?
Yes, the swivel design on these stools do add some appeal to it. I think it’s one of the best reasons other than waiting for your turn to shoot in pool.
Thanks again for your comment. Feel free to come back, and add any comments that you’d like to share. I look forward to hearing from you again.
I never even knew a swivel wooden bar stool existed, the design of these reminds me of another type which would be worth a lot of money now as they were popular in British homes about 50 years ago.
I love playing pool too, and have done for decades, most of my 20’s were spent in pubs of an evening playing. Miss it now though
Hi Dave! Thanks for commenting on here. Yes, this kind of swivel stool has existed for quite some time now. By the way, I was wondering if you can tell me what type of stools were in British homes 50 years ago that’s similar to this? I am curious to know.
Anyhow, this kind of stool would be useful in a bar or game room where there’s gaming tables around and maybe you can relive those times when you’re playing in pubs playing pool or waiting for your turn by sitting on this wooden swivel bar stool. I hope to bring back fond memories. I look forward to hearing from you again.
